What's New for Users

Improved XRechnung Processing

Users benefit from more flexible XRechnung generation through SuiteTax-compatible field mapping and support for zero-amount line items. Error handling has also been improved, making troubleshooting easier when invoice data is incomplete or invalid.

Impact: Users can create and process XRechnungen more reliably and with fewer manual corrections.

Enhanced Account Details (Kontenblatt)

Account Details now supports landscape printing, improved usability, and report generation based on transaction posting periods.

Impact: Users can review, print, and analyze account movements more efficiently.

Improved ELSTER Submission Experience

The ELSTER Dashboard now includes a retry option for failed submissions and several usability improvements.

Impact: Users can resolve transmission issues more easily and complete VAT submissions with less effort.

SuiteTax support has been added to the following Localization Germany components:

• Account Details (Kontenblatt)

• VAT Clawback

• HGB Reports

Supported HGB reports include:

• Balance Sheet HGB SKR03

• Income Statement HGB GKV SKR03

• Balance Sheet HGB SKR04

• Income Statement HGB GKV SKR04

• Balance Sheet HGB (without account assignment)

• Income Statement HGB GKV (without account assignment)

• Income Statement HGB UKV (without account assignment)

• Income Statement HGB UKV SKR03

• Income Statement HGB UKV SKR04

Impact: Administrators can use additional Localization Germany functionality in SuiteTax environments without relying on legacy tax logic.

ELSTER Configuration Enhancement

A new Steuernummer field has been added to the ELSTER configuration.

Impact: Reduces manual data entry during VAT submission processes.

Permission Improvements

Several permission-related issues across the bundle have been resolved.

Impact: Provides more consistent access behavior across Localization Germany components.
