• To begin using a specific Alta Via bundle for your NetSuite account, it must first be provisioned by Alta Via. Should you require assistance at any stage, Alta Via offers full installation and setup support (please contact support@altaviaa.ai).

• Before installing any Alta Via product bundle, ensure that the AVA License Bundle is installed.
  This prerequisite bundle provides the technical foundation for all Alta Via Applications solutions. It ensures transparent license handling, enables usage-based licensing models, and provides structured integration logs that support faster and clearer error analysis than standard NetSuite system notes.
