• Summary: Version 3.0 extends the DATEV integration by supporting SuiteTax, enabling imports from DATEV to NetSuite, and improving CSV handling and file transfer processes.

Import from DATEV to NetSuite

You can now import transaction files from DATEV into NetSuite at the touch of a button.

• Users can import DTVF files from DATEV into NetSuite

• Supported target records:

  • Journal Entries

  • Vendor Bills

  • Bill Credits

File Transfer Improvements

File transfer to DATEV Unternehmen Online has been enhanced.

• Support for connections to multiple subsidiaries

• Dynamic handling of different file folders and file types

• Support for multiple attachments on Expense Reports

What’s New for Admins

Changes related to setup, configuration, or control.

SuiteTax Compatibility

Version 3.0 now also allows SuiteTax users to transfer accounting data from NetSuite to DATEV.

• SuiteTax data model handling is realized via AV1 DATEV SuiteTax Tax Scenario records

• These records are used for BU-Schlüssel mapping

Improved CSV File Overwriting

CSV file overwriting is now handled directly in NetSuite via the custom record user interface.

• Changes to AV1 DATEV Transaction Line records

• When the DATEV Adjusted parameter is enabled in the related AV1 DATEV Transaction Header record, the transaction’s representation in the CSV file is overridden

Breaking Changes & Required Actions

• Multi-subsidiary file transfer requires the Subsidiary parameter in the DATEV Login Settings record.

• Existing configurations must be updated to ensure successful file transfer.
