Because the AVA License Bundle is a managed bundle, updates and maintenance are handled automatically by Alta Via Applications.

It installs once and remains active as a technical foundation for all subsequent product installations.

Note: Without this bundle, installation of any Alta Via product cannot proceed. 

The AVA License Bundle must be installed first because it ensures that Alta Via Applications products can be installed, licensed, and operated correctly in your NetSuite account.

During the installation of an Alta Via Applications product bundle, Alta Via applications checks whether the AVA License Bundle is already present.

If it is missing, required elements such as license records, usage validation, and structured integration logs are not available. In this case, NetSuite stops the installation before any product-specific functionality is deployed.

Installing the AVA License Bundle first ensures that:

• Product licenses and usage scope can be validated from the beginning

• Errors during installation and daily operation are captured in clear Integration Logs instead of cryptic system notes

Shared configuration records used by multiple Alta Via Applications products are created consistently
