Uploaded receipts appear either in Slack (in the thread with the bot) or in the Expenses tab of the Quid Web UI.
Open the expense in Slack or in the Quid Web UI and click Edit Expense to adjust Amount, Tax Code, Category, or Memo.
Yes. You can add several expenses to the same report in Slack or the Quid Web UI before submitting it to NetSuite.
Once you click Submit to NetSuite, the report is created as a standard NetSuite Expense Report under Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Reports.
Quid may detect a Journey. You can choose Create Journey or ignore it. Journeys can be added to reports the same way as expenses.
Only tax codes with the Send to Quid checkbox enabled in NetSuite are synchronized to the Quid platform.
Go to Slack > Tools > Apps and search for Quid. If you still cannot find it, ask your Admin to confirm the installation.
