Before installing any Alta Via Applications product, confirm that the AVA License Bundle is installed and up to date.
If the prerequisite bundle is missing, installation will fail.
You can verify the installation status under:
Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List, or contact Alta Via Applications Support for assistance.
Note: Make sure that the correct subsidiary and permissions are available in the NetSuite account before starting the installation.
Product installation is performed through NetSuite’s SuiteBundler.
Follow the standard installation procedure as described in Oracle’s Help Center:

Once the bundle is installed, follow the instructions in the respective product’s Admin Guide for initial setup and configuration.

After installation, check that all components have been deployed correctly:
Confirm that the Product License Record was synchronized with the AVA License Bundle.
Verify that the Integration Logs are available and active.
Open the product dashboard or configuration page to ensure access rights are applied correctly.
