Automated Configuration for Subsidiary-Specific Dunning Setups

After installation, the dunning system can be set up quickly and with minimal effort.

• No lengthy setup required

• Users only need to select the subsidiary for which dunning should be used

• The dunning system is fully configured automatically

Within a maximum of one hour after installation, the dunning system is ready for use and dunning letters can be sent.

Automated Configuration Logic

• Automated setup applies subsidiary-specific dunning configurations

• All flexible configuration options remain available

• Additional customization is still possible upon request

Optimized Error Handling

Error handling has been further optimized and standardized.

• Errors are logged more clearly

• System error messages are displayed in a user-friendly and understandable manner

• Error logging is supported by the AV Integration Log V2 bundle, which must be installed beforehand

Update Notifications

Dunning 4.0 now follows Alta Via's standard update process.

• Administrators are notified by email and via a notification banner in NetSuite when a new version is available

• Updates must be installed manually via SuiteBundler

• Continuous access to product improvements
